This is one of our brightest units in the whole complex!! It is a ground floor unit, on the north wing (left hand side) of the building. It is full of colors and characters, from the band of colorful fishes hanging on the wall, to the orange curtains separating the living area from the dining area, bringing lots of lighting in the whole condominium. It has three bedroom with two twins, two doubles and a king size bed, with two complete bathrooms, with a tub in the master bathroom. Each and every bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, and so has the living and dining area. The wooden dining table will sit up to six guests, so will the couches in the living area. They both face the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances you will possibly need while on vacation in this unit. Going out the balcony, you will be able to sit on the chairs placed there too, to enjoy the seaview, and relax, sipping your margarita or iced cappuccino. As you will be five minutes walk away from the town centre, take advantage of it, and go take a walk on Fifth Avenue, and let yourself be blazed by the lights, the boutiques, and the warmth of its people, aroma and music. You maid will provide the bed linens, beach and bath towels, and provide her cleaning service six times a week during the holiday and high season, and 3 days a week during the high season. Purified water will also be provided to you, and there will be a reserved area to park your vehicle outside the apartment for your convenience.
