It is one of the very first condominium built in the city, right in front of the beach with nicely kept garden, a charming common pool, and a couple of steps away for the town centre. This unit is a three bedroom ground floor apartment, located on the left wing of the building with four twin beds, two doubles and a king size bed. In addition, it has two bathrooms and one of them just by the Master bedroom, with a nice tub. The condominium has air conditioning in each and every room. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with all the necessary appliances that are needed to make a kitchen complete. It faces the living and dining area, with its blue stripy very comfortable couches. Sliding the balcony’s door, you can take a glimpse of the ocean view and the central pool, and see all the nice activity occurring downstairs, by the garden and the pool area. Your maid will provide cleaning six times a week during the holiday and high season, and three times a week during the summer season, along with the bed linens, the bath and the beach towels. Purified water will also be given to you when needed.
