Our lobby overlooks our gardens, pool and the ocean! You can always stop by and visit with our Manager, Chema and our concierge, Laura. Our lobby office is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We have phone service to the USA and Canada. A 3 minute call is just $1.00 usd. We have wireless high speed internet also available in the lobby. We will happily arrange for tours to Xel Ha, Xcaret, Chichenitza, or any other of your favorites!
